Elder Victoria Emmanuel is an educator, author, ministry leader, and community advocate with a passion for helping individuals and families grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally. With a background in education and leadership, she has dedicated her life to serving others through faith, mentorship, outreach, and community-centered ministry.

As the founder and visionary behind a growing family-focused ministry, Elder Victoria is a Member of the Elijah Reformation Of Christ Priesthood Regional Ministry. 

She is committed to creating welcoming environments where people can encounter God, build authentic relationships, and experience genuine support and encouragement. Her ministry focuses on faith, family, healing, discipleship, and creating safe spaces where people from all walks of life feel seen, valued, and connected.

She is also the author of several books including Life Built on God’s Promises, a book centered on faith, perseverance, and building a strong spiritual foundation through God’s word and promises.
